on are saddened by the passing of Dr. E. Gail dePlanque. Gail served on the IEF from 2004 - 2007 and was a faithful supporter of our sight saving programs.A renowned physicist, Dr. dePlanque had a most distinguished career and served on numerous boards and committees. A brilliant and vibrant person, she will be missed by those who had the privelege of knowing her. Our condolences go out to her family.
